Shipping …

How and when are your products shipped?
… We ship all products through the US Postal Service using Priority and Express shipping so that your order should be received by Saturday at the latest {we would hate for your delicious treats to be stuck in a warehouse for the weekend!} As a small business, we are not in the kitchen every day, however, we try to ship all orders within 5-7 business days. {Please contact us if you would like to make other arrangements or need your order by a specific date.}
Do you ship in summer months and warmer climates?
… We do ship year-round and to accommodate the warmer temperatures, shipping prices are a bit higher May through September to cover the cost of ice packs. We do not guarantee that products, especially chocolates, will not melt depending on the extreme temperatures that can occur in some parts of the country. To make alternative arrangements or add additional ice packs, please contact us.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
… Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if you have any questions about your order or are unsatisfied in any way. Although we take great care in packaging our products, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. Please note, we do not take responsibility for orders once they have been delivered or a delivery attempt has been made.
Do you offer delivery or kitchen pick-up for local orders?
… If you live in the Portland Metro Area and are interested in delivery, please contact us to determine price and to schedule a date. In addition, by appointment, we do offer complimentary kitchen pick-up at out kitchen in southeast Portland.
