What do you do with a marshmallow and how do you make them?: … Marshmallows are fabulous confections that can be enjoyed by themselves or in a warm beverage such as cocoa, coffee and tea. They also make wonderful s'mores on the campfire or added to your favorite desserts. As far as how do you make them, well, if we told you, what would be the fun in that?
Are your marshmallows or other treats gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or dairy free?: … Most marshmallow flavors are dairy-free {with the exception of caramel} and all are gluten-free, however as they all include gelatin, they are not vegetarian or vegan. Many of our chocolate confections are also gluten-free and the peanut butter cups are vegan.
Please note...: ... In our kitchen, we use nuts, wheat, dairy and soy. Please be cautious if you have an allergy, as we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.
Environmental concerns…: … We strive to use organic ingredients from local farmers and growers whenever possible. In this regard, we are lucky because Oregon provides a wealth of high quality, local food products. Most of our packaging is compostable and/or made from recycled content.
What is the shelf-life of your products?
: … We suggest consuming marshmallows and grahams within 2 weeks as long as the products are kept in an airtight container. Chocolate-covered confections can be consumed within 4 weeks and biscotti is best within 6 weeks. {a marshmallow's life may be prolonged if it is stored in the freezer}
